What was it like to live during the Great Depression? That’s the question we’re exploring with Hope in Hard Times, our exhibit and program series coming April 12. Before we get started, we’re offering you a sneak peek for spring break!
Come have fun, 1930s style, during spring break as we craft toys of the time, try out cat’s cradle, play hopscotch and engage in other activities. We’ll also build a Hooverville out of cardboard to be on display in the library as part of our Hope in Hard Times exhibit and program series. Drop in for an hour or all afternoon!
Bring your friends for an anything-but-depressing afternoon!
