Boating Safety 101: Spokane River
Join Irena Durrant, of the Coast Guard Auxiliary, as she guides you through the basics of boat safety, focusing on canoes and kayaks. With her tips, you’ll be safely skimming the Spokane River (and beyond) before you know it.

Spoke’s On You
This basic bike clinic will get your wheels turning! Paul Edwards, owner of Argonne Cycle will break down some of the finer points of bike care, including how to fix a flat tire and make a few minor adjustments to keep your cycle in tip-top shape. Bring your bike if you like.

From swimming and cycling to trail running, walking and even some hybrid workouts, Ben Greenfield, coach, author, speaker, ex-bodybuilder and Ironman triathlete, gives you six ways to stay fit, right here in our community.
