Month of the Military Family
November is the Month of the Military Family
More than 2.2 million service members proudly serve in America’s U.S. all-volunteer force in the active duty, National Guard and Reserve components. There are 1.9 million children, from newborn to eighteen, who are sons and daughters of our military. In their steadfast support of those in harm’s way coupled with their dedication to America, military families show us what words like ‘service,’ ‘strength,’ and ‘sacrifice’ really mean.
