Spring is here! For most people this means spring cleaning. Many name brand cleaners can be very pricey. One great way to save money and still have a sparkling clean house is to use these three inexpensive products: Baking Soda, Vinegar, and Bleach.

To easily disinfect and brighten your bathroom and kitchen, create a paste mixture of 2 parts baking soda and 1 part bleach. This mixture can be used to easily clean up hard surfaces bringing them back to their original bright white.

Have a dirty toilet but don’t have time to scrub it? Pour ¼ cup baking soda into the toilet, and then add 2 cups of white vinegar. Let the chemical reaction do the scrubbing for you!

Smelly carpets getting you down? Sprinkle baking soda all over the offending area for half an hour then vacuum it up. Stink-free carpets!

Need to clean up the messy microwave? Mix together ½ cup water with ½ cup white vinegar in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave it until the mixture is boiling. Any odors or stuck on foods will loosen and be easily wiped away.
