April Adult Programs Inspire Creativity, Promote Well-Being & Offer Helpful Info

Posted on March 23, 2023 at 4:00 am

In April, find creative and fun crafts and activities to try like Japanese Sashiko stitching, Object Creation for Augmented Reality, and Blacksmithing at the Library.

You can explore author talks with best-selling writers, genealogy classes, gardening topics, and book suggestions and tips for reading with kids. Health and well-being programs include Chair Yoga, local hikes, and Tuesday Memory Café.

Expand your financial education with a workshop focusing on the Basics of Estate Planning, and get help decoding Medicare Summary Notices & Explanation of Benefits. You can sign up for an appointment to get assistance with completing and filing your federal taxes and submitting your application for the Washington Families Tax Credit.

During Virtual Book Club in Spanish, discuss the final chapters of El coronel no tiene quien le escriba.

If you have or are thinking of starting a nonprofit organization, sign up for Building a Sustainable Nonprofit Workshop, presented by a SCORE Spokane mentor, to learn the steps involved.

We hope you sign up and drop in for these great library programs happening in April.
