In this class led by Meegan Ware, learn the easy way to plan for a week, two weeks, or up to a month in advance for meals. You’ll get yummy recipes for great freezer meals and healthy shortcuts you can always have on hand.
Following a plan like this can save you money because you’re buying ingredients in bulk. All of the ingredients in a recipe can be combined and frozen, with no cooking ahead of time. The meals can be kept in the freezer for up to three months. Freezer meals taste great because they cook directly from your freezer for the first time (and don’t lose flavor like some leftovers).
