Planned Closure of Argonne Library for an HVAC Replacement Project

Closure Notice

Argonne Library will be closed for an HVAC replacement project beginning Monday, March 2, with plans to reopen Saturday, June 6.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Other SCLD locations, including Spokane Valley Library, are open during this time for browsing and library events, including weekly Storytimes.

Curbside Pickup

Curbside pickup will be available at Argonne Library once the HVAC project begins with the following schedule:

• Monday–Wednesday: 10am–2pm
• Thursday: 2–6pm

Argonne Library employees are able to process materials returned to the external library book drop. To return oversized items, please use curbside pickup during the scheduled days and times listed above.

Please note that construction activity may impact curbside access in the parking lot for short times.

LINC Visits

Our mobile library LINC is visiting Argonne Library 10am–4pm on Saturdays (except Apr 11) during the closure. Come aboard LINC to browse the shelves, use the Wi-Fi, pick up an activity for kids, and more.
