The Spokane County Treasurer’s Office is accepting in-person payments of property taxes at North Spokane Library (44 E Hawthorne Rd) on Tuesday, October 21 and 28, from 9am to 4pm. No appointment is needed.
Property tax payments are only accepted by check or credit/debit card. No cash payments will be accepted. Applicable credit and debit card fees of 2.65% will apply. There are no additional fees for payments made with physical checks. Receipts will be provided.
Residents need to have the address or parcel number of the property to make the payment. Property parcel numbers are available online via the Scout Dashboard.
Spokane County Treasurer’s Office is pleased to offer this in-person tax collection service at the North Spokane Library as a convenience for residents of northern Spokane County.

The Spokane County Treasurer’s Office is accepting property tax payments at Spokane Valley City Hall (10210 E Sprague Ave) on Friday, October 17 and 24, from 8:30am to 4pm. Payment restrictions are the same as stated above.
