Mobile Services is the library department that reaches out to customers who are unable to easily visit one of our 11 locations. Some of the ways we do this is by providing books through the mail, bringing materials into facilities, and visiting communities with LINC, our library on wheels and the latest addition to Spokane County Library District.
The Books by Mail program helps Spokane County residents check out and receive library materials when they cannot easily leave their residence. You can request this service by contacting our Mobile Services team at the phone number or email listed below.

Along with a variety of materials, our staff also bring library holds for residents. In lieu of an in-person lobby visit, Mobile Services can stop by to only drop off and pick up materials if that’s preferred.
