You will receive an email confirmation after submitting. Staff will contact you again once your card has been successfully updated or if we need additional information to complete the process.

In most cases, your card will be updated within 72 hours, except holidays, closures, and weekends. If you need immediate assistance, please call 509.893.8400.

If it has been 3 years or more since you last used your library card, you may register for a new library card online or visit a library location.

If registering online, you will be given a temporary library card number that provides you with limited services. Bring your temporary card number and photo identification with your name and current address to any library location to get a full access card. If you’re under 18, your parent’s or guardian’s signature is required.
