Spokane Is Reading offers readers throughout Spokane County a reading list of diverse voices for 2020. This booklist includes titles that the book selection committee has considered during recent years and also reflects the rich tapestry of the American experience.

A goal of Spokane Is Reading is to encourage reading by adults. Most years they bring an author to Spokane County culminating in two free author events for the Spokane Is Reading program. Due to the pandemic, they are not hosting an in-person author event this year.

Here is the Diverse Voices booklist for 2020 from Spokane Is Reading. Place your holds for these titles in our catalog, so you can read these engaging and enlightening titles.

You are encouraged to read one or several titles from this curated booklist.
