During your 45-minute, one-on-one session, library staff goes over the topic or question you have, showing you the best resources available through the library and elsewhere and helping you learn how to continue to find and use those resources once your appointment is finished.

Book a Session at The Lab
Try out technology in The Lab, our maker space and technology classroom. You can get help and work on your creative projects using the Glowforge laser cutter and engraver, the Cricut cutting machine, Project Memory digitizing equipment, or a sewing machine. You can also schedule time for a virtual reality (VR) experience using our Oculus VR headsets.
Sessions in The Lab can accommodate up to five people. Youth under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Book a Session at The STCU Studio
Learn how to use this audio-visual space that includes equipment, technology, and editing capabilities for your creative projects involving video recording, photography, podcasts, and sound production. You can also book a session to use Project Memory digitization equipment.
Sessions in The STCU Studio can accommodate up to five people. Youth under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
3D Printing Session
Get one-on-one help and training for 3D printing, including how to use a free, computer-aided design (CAD) web app to create 3D renderings.
