Explore your creativity during our Outdoor Painting Meetups, Cookie Decorating with watercolor effects, and Maker Open Hours at The Lab.

Enjoy live music for all ages during Plaid Cat in Concert at Sutton Park in Cheney. Bring all your family and friends to Spokane Valley for Movie Nights at Balfour Park, featuring Moana 2, Monsters, Inc., and Top Gun (1986).

Attend our Dementia Caregivers Workshops to learn more about topics that are useful for caring for those with dementia, including Communicating Effectively and Responding to Dementia-Related Behaviors.

Attend a Memory Café for both caregivers and those experiencing memory loss. Activities include music, crafts, and more. These sessions are a comfortable way to connect with other caregivers and people experiencing memory loss while also socializing and building new support networks.
